• Current tallest building in Spain, surpassing Torre de Cristal by only 89 centimeters.
• Although Repsol intended to do here its headquarters, during its construction, company decided to change the location of it selling the building to the financial institution Caja Madrid for € 815 million in August 2007.
• The building has two concrete cores, which support all its weight, with panoramic elevators and each column-free floor framed in steel.
• At 'Cuatro Torres Business Area' complex were erected at same time 4 towers, the tallest buildings in Spain, started first the Torre Espacio, but cranes for this was before in site, erected on October 8, 2004, which were installed for facades tests for the best design solution.
